Jade has its earliest accounts in human history in ancient China, where the emperor, then known as the emperor of heaven, would wear it continuously, therein its namesake as the Stone of Heaven. Jade is one of the very few stones that we would suggest to be ok to almost never remove, even while sleeping and showering (ok to remove for cleansing session of sage, selenite, etc.). The stone is such a powerful talisman for lucid dreaming, allowing for memory recall in vivid detail, thus it is certainly advisable that the wearer can sleep with the Jade on their person.
