Resizing Requests

While we encourage everyone to take the time to look through our available Bracelet and Ring sizing guides, sometimes mistakes can happen.

Whether its a gift for a friend, or you simply got it wrong, no worries, we got you.

Please note that we do offer one free complimentary resizing, however you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Simply send the item back to us, and include a pre-stamped or pre-paid envelope, along with payment proof, and the correct sizes indicated, and we will sort you out.

Alternatively, please feel free to stop by our Humble Room location in MuiWo, however we would ask that you make an arranged booking to let us know in advance, and be sure to bring along the referenced payment proof.
